Quick easy and charges les than 1800flowers
The flowers were not delivered the day they we're suppose to be. I contacted Robin with costumer service & she resolved the issue. Flowers were not delivered until the following day but at no fault of your company or Robin. I would think twice about your co using the company again that my order was "given" to. Robin was wonderful and went the extra mile to find out what the issue was with the delivery. Thanks again Robin!
Ordered 2 weeks in advance only to to find out flowers were being shipped from another state and arrived 3 days late! Will never use them again!

I feel that the shipping and handling fees were about $5 to high, but other than that very user friendly.
