I expected the delivery time to be much earlier than 6 pm, you may want to work with a closer very virginia beach or Norfolk Virginia florist for Virginia Beach. Portsmouth is over an hour away and traffic is always awful due to the tunnel backups, the delivery driver stated to my sister due to be traffic it had taken him 2 1/2 hrs to get there and would take at least that long to drive back,

It was very missleading because it said the flower were under $30 dollars. Not true, I spent over $60. All the extra fees were ridiculous. Had I not been in a hurry I would have just ran to my neighborhood flower shop. I was extreamly disappointed and feel like I got tricked.

Do not like that I cannot use the gift code sent through my email. System did not allow my11.41 credit. Customer service took very good care of my order when the credit was not issued the first time and the florist delivered my order 2 weeks early! All worked out nicely.
