I received an email that said flowers had been delivered. They were not delivered. I called customer service who told me the florist was closed. I asked who the florist was. I was told would be called the next day with status and the name of the florist if the florist agreed. When the flowers arrived after the call, they were much smaller than i expected. I had ordered the largest size. I never received a call back from customer service. Don't plan on purchasing from you again.

I usually use your company although there has been some flowers not delivered on time in the past, please deliver on time today. The flowers were delivered on time and my fiancé was happy with them, but when you advertise for 23.00 plus I have a eleven dollar credit, then the bill is 38.00 and something, that marketing ploy isn't right.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
