The ordering process was very easy and efficient and the pricing is fair. However, I paid for same day delivery well within the time limit and my flowers were not delivered that day. The arrangement that was sent also looked nothing like the picture online. The actual flowers looked relatively the same but the colors were not, it did not look like the size I ordered, and overall it just looked very random and not well put together.

We place the order, that was gift for our boss's birthday. The delivery supposed to be before 12 pm, as we paid expedite fee. But the order arrived in the end of the day, 5 minutes before our office close. The fruit basket was not the same, as in the website picture. It was much smaller, much less fruit, pure decoration. It did not cost $50 we've paid. We will never place the order with fromyouflowers.com
I ordered a deluxe size bouquet. The flower arrangement looked much bigger in the picture online. Also I chose an Easter card and a thank you card was attached to the the flowers. The colors of the flowers were much different online which leads me to believe I was given the wrong order. Overall I was not satisfied because I paid a great deal of money. I'll most likely go to my local florist next time I need a flower arrangement because I don't feel as if I can trust websites.
I realize there is a substitution policy but what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Also, I paid for an upgrade and I definitely do not feel like I got my money's worth.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
