The flowers were so disappointing that it made my wife cry. Clearly we were stuck with whatever the local florist wanted to clear out of their inventory.
My wife had just come out of cancer surgery, plus it was her birthday, so I wanted to get her something special. This was the worst arrangement she has ever received. My mistake in trusting your service.
Ordered three balloons with this order; only one was received. Thankfully, the recipient was most grateful and like the flower arrangement, which was indeed beautiful (3 stars). However, if one pays for x items in the order, all should be included once delivered.

The website is user friendly and the customer service when I called in to confirm the order was fantastic. However, when the arrangement was received it did not have some of the flowers that were advertised under the deluxe price description. The arrangement was missing roses and only had a few lilies, the arrangement was practically only carnations. Also the measurements of the arrangement was not close to the approximate measurements listed on the website it was significantly smaller. I do not think that I will be ordering flowers from the website again just because I did not get what was described for the price listed.
It was fast and the flowers look beautiful
The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and delivered timely(the next day in the morning). The only negative I had was the size of the arrangement seemed more of a deluxe than a premium bases on the picture on the internet. Otherwise, I am enjoying my flowers greatly.
