I wasn't thrilled that there is a14.99 service/handling charge at the end of the checkout. However, the flowers arrived very quickly and I was told they were absolutely beautiful!

Very easy
This was a great experience to buy flowers. Where it went completely off the rails was delivery. The florist did an amazing job at creating the bouquet, but their delivery agent was absolutely insane. He was hostile in my wife's work environment (a hospital), negative to workers there, only caring about the fact his car was double parked and he needed someone to sign for the flowers. He proceeded to call several people "crazy" leaving many on the floor almost calling security. My wife works in an unsecured building and was fearful to leave feedback with your company thinking this insane delivery guy might come after her if she did. I'll elaborate more if you want to contact me, but this dude was absolutely horrible.

I paid for the deluxe hoping it would look more like the picture. It didn't. Seemed to be very messy.
Fast easy and lots of options- didn't like the box of candy though- it showed something different than what we got- i wanted choc pieces not toffee- which is what i got- other than that it was ok- also the bouquet was pretty small - not as big as the picture showed - so kind of disappointed with that

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
