I ordered same day delivery for my mother in law and she didn't receive them until the next day. I was pretty upset about this and was told I would receive a discount on my order. I have yet to get any money back. I am severely disappointed by this. The flowers were beautiful but the whole delivery was off. Bad form.
Paid the price to have it delivered same day and it wasn't.
I have purchased from your company before and had a wonderful experience. This time I paid approx. $35 for flowers with free delivery. I paid an extra $5 for morning delivery & selected the florist special. My friend was delivered 3 Gerber daisies with a few fillers. I was very disappointed & this was a special occasion. I'm completely embarrassed by the lack of effort that was out into the floral arrangement. I literally could have picked these flowers from my front yard.
You have a great site and lots to choose from. Everything went smoothly. The florist hand delivered the beautiful flowers to my daughter and was very pleasant. Thank you

The arrangement was not as large as the deluxe arrangement shown in the picture online. It looks like the regular one. Not happy about that. I paid for the deluxe because of its height.
Extra charges for advertised free same day delivery. Bit hinky...same day delivery didn't happen. They upgraded me but missed the whole birthday celebration! Day late dollar short. The upgrade and finished product was poor... Birthday balloon was a generic smiley face balloon. No mention of happy birthday and flower arrangement looked cheap, paid 50.00 for a cheap incomplete arrangement that showed up a day late. They may want to be a bit choosier with their floral partners!
Other than the final pricing, all is fine.
After a wobbly start with address issues which was probably my fault the experience was very good and my friends are pleased with their flowers. From ordering to delivery the time scale was amazing.
