Was sipmple easy to use but should have an offer to pick and choose aa simple boquet or vase or live plant arrangement for a discounted price or simulair to regular prices for some of the aarrangements with of course a little increase in cost for the custom arrangements but still in an affordable simple way like you offer now for current available arrangements and baskets.
I ordered balloons for our granddaughter and was offered delivery before 12pm for an extra fee. The balloons did not come in the morning and when I called, I was told "the florist in the area does not do morning delivery".
The flowers came late and looked beat up very unhappy will not use your company or recommend you
I would like to know which florist sent them they look like they came from foodlion I would never tell my daughter that she has never received flowers before
It was fairly quick and easy to do! Unfortunately when I received the billing information I was charged for the Premium size and not the Deluxe size option that I had chosen.

I ordered same day delivery for my mother in law and she didn't receive them until the next day. I was pretty upset about this and was told I would receive a discount on my order. I have yet to get any money back. I am severely disappointed by this. The flowers were beautiful but the whole delivery was off. Bad form.
Paid the price to have it delivered same day and it wasn't.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
