While I like the arrangement options on your site, I do think the Service and Handling charge is too high. The15.00 charge was a full 35% of the bill which I personally think that's way more than necessary. You should really reconsider this charge.
I am very impressed with the website,service and convenience of ordering.My wife loved the flowers and gifts.Ordered Friday afternoon and were delivered Saturday around noon.
The item sent did not Match the picture shown in the website. In fact, what was sent was much smaller with far less flowers. I paid for the largest bouquet butI did not receive it. My friend sent a photo with her thank you. I was embarrassed! I was glad I had sent the group I ordered for a photo of the website with the summary listing the cost, they never would have believed I spend almost $70.00... Looked like $30
I was contacted that the order could not be delivered by noon and refunded that cost. However person had already left work when it arrived. Also contacted that it was not exactly what was ordered, but it was still nice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
