Overall good experience. My only complaint is that when my mom came home with the flowers we ordered her they were not as purple as the picture had shown them to be. A minor complaint is that the flowers were really small and still blooming, which is fine because she will have them longer now, but I really wanted her to receive a big bouquet of flowers. Although this might be because it was same day delivery.
I would still order again, but maybe not for same day delivery.
From You Flowers has great prices, beautiful flowers, and has been very dependable.

While I like the arrangement options on your site, I do think the Service and Handling charge is too high. The15.00 charge was a full 35% of the bill which I personally think that's way more than necessary. You should really reconsider this charge.
