The arrangement was gorgeous!
Quick and easy to find. Was very happy to get same day delivery. Was delivered quickly and the flowers were beautiful! Very happy overall.
Ordering was easy, the prices seemed good until the end where a 14.99 handling fee was added. I sent a plant to my Aunt in Texas and had my cousin send a pic of it, it wasn't as good as the pic on the website. The plants weren't as cool as on the website and the butterfly was white instead of a bright color like on the website. It's spring and a get well present bright colors are a given!
I expected there to be more flowers...and I was highly disappointed! It was not what was pictured. It was very disappointing that they made it seem like the flowers were going to be 4-6 flowers and when they were recieved it was 3...very disappointed.
I didn't like that the characters on the card were limited. I wanted to add the spouses & childrens' names too, but didn't have enough room.
They were very pretty and delivered on time.

I paid for delivery before 12:00, but the item arrived at 1:10pm.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
