I ordered flowers before and they were beautiful. They arrived on time and were better flowers then through any other flower site. The best for last minute flowers.
Overall I was satisfied with my order although I found the site somewhat confusing. I received this email and had ordered the flowers for someone else so had no idea if they had been delivered or not so I had to call to find out why this was sent asking if delivered or not. Also I would have preferred a picture showing exactly how the order would look as I still have no idea if the arrangement was nice or not. But except for these two things, I was satisfied and very impressed with the representatives I spoke with on the phone.

The roses were beautiful, although I was looking for orange/red roses

I am not sure the premium price was value for money
A dozen roses is what it is and if the premium price got added greenary then probably not better value for money.

The flowers looked just like the picture, they arrived on time and I am very satisfied.
I had ordered the Zen flower arrangement for my mother's birthday... she didn't receive the product that I ordered. The arrangement was in a black round vase not the onyx square dish, with artificial greenery. It was pretty but not what I had ordered. I had to contact your customer service via email because it was not delivered by 11:05 and since my Mother is elderly, I wanted to be sure that she would be available to answer the door...not at the doctor's office, etc. The flower was delivered at 11:50 A.M. which I did appreciate,but when she took it from the delivery person, water poured out of the container...If she had not known that the flower was from me, she wouldn't have been able to read the message due to spelling. What I had wanted to be a pleasant surprise backfired on me...I guess I will have to look for a florist in her area, I live 3 states away from her which is a little inconvenient for me. Oh well, live and learn.

The flowers was delivered to the front office without me or reciver being notified. Extra was paid for a before 12pm delivery... Was not recived until after 2 because of a call I had to make to find them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
