Very simple and smooth!
The floral arrangement was lovely...although It was smaller and different Than pictured.only one single tiger lily totally bloomed was used, instead of the 3-4 wax lilies, 2 roses and a only a few alstro and some lavender small purse-like flowers. But the lovely straw covered vase had a bottle neck, too small for more stems.
I've always had a good selection to choose from when using this florist. And the price is reasonable.

Overall the ease of the site and delivery were perfect, the flowers were beautiful but I will say that they started wilting two days after they were received. I have gotten her flowers from the local grocery store that have lasted a couple weeks before wilting, frankly for the money I will think twice before sending flowers that may not last that long! A shame to spend so much only to have them wilt so quickly.
Experience was fine, but ordering is one thing, correct delivery is another. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and were in excellent condition and very attractive. Very pleased with the whole process.

I paid to have order delivered by noon. It was not. The plant I ordered was not what was delivered. It was COMPLETELY different. It was not similar to what I ordered at all. My past experiences were great. But this time I was highly dissatisfied with service and product. I will be asking for a refund. Sadly this site has gone downhill since my previous orders. Hopefully this will be rectified.

I upgraded to the premium. When I received the flowers not only did they look wilted. I count a total of the six blooms on there. The container to which the arrangement was suppose to be attached was so visible it look like I had paid 20 dollars for it. I will never again use your service. I am sending out this week end thank you plant to all that send flowers to my brothers wake. I am now looking for another website that may accommodate me in fear that someone might get something they will throw out.
This was cheaper, easier and offered better selection for my needs than 1800flowers or teleflora. Not to mention your customer service response time and courtesy is top-notch! I'm so glad I found y'all!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
