Since the flowers were delivered to a third party so I'm not sure about the quality of the product. I'm hoping for the best.

They were unable to deliver one of the orders the same day, so they called to let me know and then offered to upgrade it to a deluxe package since it wasn't being delivered on the day I'd requested. That is great customer service!
Once I was able to get the delivery date squared away it was good. The issue was solved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
