Everything went great, however I called right after ordering and asked that the flowers not be delivered until after 3 pm, as my fiancé would not be at work until after that time. The flowers were delivered prior to her arriving at work. I really felt cheated that she didn't get to see the flower delivery guy bring in flowers and realize that they were her. Again the flowers were great and the price was reasonable, I just wouldn't have expected that to have been an issue

I was guaranteed same day delivery which was my most important priority. Soon after completing/paying for the order I was contacted and notified that my order would be delivered TWO days later. I was nice and courteous and took my "super deluxe upgrade." I was 1,200 miles away and needed this delivery to my Mema at the hospital complete.
She was completely satisfied with the arrangement stating it was absolutely beautiful. For this reaction, I am eternally grateful. Just don't "guarantee" same day delivery if you can't "deliver."

NEVER CAME

I ordered an $80 basket of candy and Bear for my 6 year old nephew who just lost his Grandfather/bestfriend. It was said to be delivered the next day, and my nephew was waiting ALL day for it to arrive. IT NEVER CAME! They assured me that it would be delivered the following day and guess what IT NEVER CAME! I had to call and try to understand why I was not told?! They said the lady forgot to change the date and gave me a 1/2 apology. They said they would refund the money. It takes really low life SCUM to run a business like this, like its a joke! I can't believe I'm ACTUALLY reading reviews up flowers not showing up at funerals!

The site is user friendly, the delivery was right on time-the flowers were sent to a funeral home
In another state, so I am not sure how they looked upon arrival. I had shopped other popular florist sites and the price was double and some almost triple for the same type of arrangement I wanted. Would highly recommend this site for your next purchase.

I went to your site specifically to get a SAME DAY delivery of flowers to my mom. She lives out of state. It was her 65th b-day. The delivery happened the NEXT DAY. Life will go on. But you should no longer tell people on your website, "same day delivery ".
