It's quick and easy to order and have been a long term customer! I have places many orders how we due to our current COVID-19 i had expected delays, so I purposely ordered a week in advance even though they guarantee next day delivery. I chose the expected delivery date to be Saturday April 4th for a birthday cake for an April 6th birthday - however it was not, I called and they tried to reschedule for that Monday which was disappointing knowing it wouldn't get there in time. I called again and the agent said o van try and confirm another delivery for Wednesday which was after the bday boy said ok April 8th - but that she couldn't even guarantee it would get there- it finally showed up with no notice at 8pm
Wednesday evening. Very disappointing since I have gave plenty of time for proper delivery expectation- was told they would credit for the shipping fees $30 but what I received was an email saying I had a $10 credit to their store which I th ordered flowers for Easter the following week but the credit could not be applied. So no I was not happy overall. Very frustrating as it's difficult enough to be quarantines and not be with lives ones depended on the delivery in to be there on time for the special occasion.
It's frustrating to make a selection and get through writing a card only to be told it's not available for the area, even though I've already been asked for a zip.
Please narrow choices before moving forward to details of the order so we don't have to go back and redo.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
