Very happy overall, except the price was stated as $40, but after services and delivery fees, it was $70.
The pot used for the dish garden was beautiful. The only problem I had was it was suppose to be same day and I didn't receive an email saying it couldn't get there till 5 that day. They say I should be reimbursed for same day and I hope so. Other then that all was fine.

I picked out flowers from the picture and my order was billed for the deluxe flowers which I don't think I asked for. I didn't see a way to go back to make the change.
Also, the flowers were delivered a week early. They were supposed to be delivered today for my daughter's birthday but they came a week early. I hope they're still alive today.
It was simple and easy from selecting and checkout, my only concern was the quality of the arrangement, had a bad experience before only happened once, but not disappointed this time
Only concern was that the delivery person was not wearing a mask or gloves upon drop off.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
