I have always had a great experience
I purchased the flower arrangement where the florist creates the arrangement. I am very happy with the selection they made. Beautiful and a variety of flowers. I live in California, my girlfriend lives in Indiana, so I had to rely on a florist unseen to make the flower arrangement beautiful. They did an excellent job. (she sent me pictures ;) ). I will be using this service again and again.

The website experience was good. Really easy to navigate and finish the checkout process. I did appreciate the phone call that I received to inform me that the flowers weren't going to get there by the deadline I requested and paid extra for. The representative was very nice and refunded the additional fee I paid for the express delivery. Although that wasn't presented as an option I had to ask for it. Having that fee refunded only seems right since it wasn't going to happen. When I saw the flowers that were delivered I was very disappointed to see that they didn't look like the picture that I ordered. When I called customer service the representative was very nice and called the florist who told her that all the flowers were included. If they were they were not the right colors. I chose a bright bouquet with a rich deep pink, bright green poms, a small purple flower and bright sunflowers. The only thing that looked like the picture was sunflowers. Everything else was very light in color and the little purple ones were large heads. Again not like the picture. The representative was very nice but would only give me 30% refund with a gift card. I don't think this is right. I am not one to order flowers very often because they can be quite expensive and when I spend a decent amount on something I expect to get what I ordered. And if not then I should be refunded, in full. I still haven't received the gift card. The refund did come through. But all I got was an email regarding a credit for $12 that expired in 7 days. Which also doesn't seem right. If I am going to be given a credit for a mistake then it should not expire. Or at least that quickly. And there is a good chance I wont order from here again. It is very convenient to order online but if I am not going to get what I ordered then I would rather go to a store.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
