I suggest your local florist send a photo of the finished product, along with the picture of the requested product. My guest sent me a photo when she received it, but it didn't look much like the Spring Surprise Bouquet which I had requested.

I ordered the Peaceful Wishes arrangement for a family members funeral. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo. It had about 1/3 of the amount of the flowers as shown in the picture. I ordered a nicer level of flowers and was surprised that the arrangement looked for so skimpy. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and of your selections but was disappointed that it was so sparse.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
