From reading the reviews I knew the item I purchased wouldn't look exactly like what was shown but I thought it would of been closer. Instead of a bunch of little bags of chips there were just 3 medium bags of chips. But the person I sent it to loved it so that's what matters.

I made a mistake on the delivery address but was able to call immediately to have it corrected. Unfortunately, my order was not able to be delivered the same day. Your company representative was very apologetic and understanding. She was able to help me figure out when my order could be delivered and not only made sure it happened, I received an upgrade and a future discount for my trouble. I feel the company did all of the exact, right things to take care of me and provide the highest level of quality customer service even though the delivery didn't go exactly as I had originally planned. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I would order from your company again!
The picture was a misrepresentation of the product delivered. Product was not as robust as the picture showed. Recipient was happy because she received flowers, but not what I expected from the picture.

I ordered an arrangement for a gift and when they received the arrangement it looked nothing like the order I had originally wanted. Overall they enjoyed the flowers so I am happy.
