The delivery driver told guard on duty that he had to take the order or he would leave it on the floor, this was not Fromyouflowers driver, it was UPS or FedEx, that was my only complaint, My wife would have never gotten her flowers if the guard was not a nice guy
Very disappionted the flowers could not arrive on my Mothers Birthday! I recieved a (unkown caller id)phone call@ 4:00 pm on delivery day that They would not be delivered on day requested. I was offered a upgrade and a $20 credit for my next order and a note with flowers when they are delivered 1 day late to the recipiant stating sorry for the delay.which as of this writting (2 days later) I have yet to recieve my credit and the flowers arrived the next day without the sorry for thye lateness note? I guess I will get my credit till after Mothers day (1 week). I would not feel comfortable recomending Fromyouflowers.com due to poor response time and weak lateness offer. I should have canceled.

The arrangement I ordered for my daughter showed sunflowers in the picture. The arrangement she received had no sunflowers and looked cheap and thrown together. Other than the mason jar and raffia, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I was very disappointed.
I ordered the deluxe and the flowers I recieved was a very small arrangement nothing like the website display
Pricing for next day delivery and the selection is much better...or so I thought. I had ordered the deluxe arrangement but pretty sure my MIL received the standard arrangement. The flowers were in good shape just disappointed in the size vs.money spent.
The ordering process wass straight forward and simple. But, I paid extra to make sure it was delivered in the morning. It was delivered in the afternoon.

First time ordering from your site. The selection was amazing, prices were great and there were various options for shipping dates. Site was easy to navigate. Flowers arrived at door already arranged beautifully in vase, delivery man phoned my mother before dropping them off to make sure she would be home. The arrangement was beautiful and my mother was delighted. Would definitely order from your site again.
