Very simple and easy to order flowers Thank you
My niece received the flowers and I asked for her to send a picture of them. I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. THE FLOWERS THAT WERE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE WERE LIMP, SMALL, AND NOT LIKE THE PICTURE THAT WAS SHOWN ON YOUR WEB. I ORDERED THE UPGRADE ONE AND PAID $66.00 DOLLARS ON THEM. I WANTED SOMETHING FOR HER THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE HER HUSBAND JUST PASSED AWAY AND THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED. Please make sure you see the finish product before they send them.

LOVED THE FREE SHIPPING! The description could have been a little clearer on how many balloons are included and also if you could give an option as far as if it's for a child/adult and boy/girl. Then I believe the balloons could have been a little more specific for the birthday, just a suggestion, not a complaint. Other than that it was great!

I thought the chocolates would be better or at least in a better package. You guys should also email the confirmation numbers to customers, I never received one and had to call customer service and wait for 10 minutes before I could talk to someone to get the number.

The only suggestion I would make is to ensure that when someone orders, they get a conformation e-mail. When I ordered, I had no idea it even went through until I logged back into the site and checked my order history. Would have liked to see a conformation via e-mail and maybe an e-mail update when the order was delivered. Other than that, GREAT service!

She received her flowers in a pink vase with a blue and rose colored ribbon. I had ordered the flowers has shown with a clear glass vase and a green and rose plaid ribbon.
