Highly Disappointed to the extent of feeling uncomfortable with the poor and neglecting service provided by this company.
Flowers ok, balloon was fine too, and the chocolates also were good.
On the other hand, the Birthday card that I supposedly sent to my Girl Friend, on this very special date was a DISASTER. Based on a text full of random numbers, I can conclude that your company does not have a software to detect when the cards are written on other languages rather than English. What is worse, they don't check what goes out of their printers. In this case, my Chinese message was completely modified/replaced by a bunch of numbers.
I believe the message in a dedicatory card is as important as the flowers themselves. Which in this case, made me look uncomfortable in front of my loved one, bringing confusion from a card with no message and bad timing.
It's no my Duty to post about my experience for others can avoid either writing in other languages, paying rush fees, or using this company's services at all.
Thanks in advance for your attention and sorry for the negative comments but we all should learn of this experience.

The florist did not have the arrangement I ordered. They did pretty good, however I'm not sure if the arrangement they made was worth what I paid for. However, the arrangement was still beautiful and it made my sister very happy and she said it smelled wonderful!

I ordered a deluxe arrangement in a vase with a birthday balloon and a card. It came VERY basic in a basket with no balloon. Didnt look anywhere near the online picture and am significantly dissatisfied.
I have ordered flowers online before from another company and my daughter, who I sent these to, said this arrangement was much nicer than the other arrangements I had sent her.

You make the site look like you have really great pricing but then you charge 14.99 to deliver which is not mentioned til you get to end of checkout. Not a pleasant experience with this surprise ending.

I ordered yesterday morning and they still aren't here at 4:51 pm. They called to say they'd be here as close to 5 as possible and I told them she'd be gone from work at 5. I'm not happy at all. I will never use online services for flowers again as I had no idea who to call for help. I will also note the name of the local florist who got this delivery and never do business with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
