Prices are great and arrangements look beautiful
I was very happy with the order. The website was easy to order from and the flowers were delivered on time to my mum whereby other delivery websites refused to deliver on the day i wanted as i ordered the flowers very late in the week. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future. Prices were reasonable too.

You need a number to call back on that goes to a different area when you are returning your call. I had to wait 30 minutes to find out that you had already changed the order to something similar - I really had no need to call back but message was not clear - I will say you did a WONDERFUL job plus! Thanks since this was a hard time for my daughter in law and her family.
I'm not sure what time the plant arrived. It would be nice if your online order process had a way for the customer to put in some text for additional information. I could have requested delivery by 6 PM (no guarantee expected). My family said the plant was BEAUTIFUL, Thank you!

Even though the delivery was a couple of hours later then what was stated when I purchased the flowers when they were delivered I was very pleased the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful and very fresh. Highly Disappointed to the extent of feeling uncomfortable with the poor and neglecting service provided by this company.
Flowers ok, balloon was fine too, and the chocolates also were good.
On the other hand, the Birthday card that I supposedly sent to my Girl Friend, on this very special date was a DISASTER. Based on a text full of random numbers, I can conclude that your company does not have a software to detect when the cards are written on other languages rather than English. What is worse, they don't check what goes out of their printers. In this case, my Chinese message was completely modified/replaced by a bunch of numbers.
I believe the message in a dedicatory card is as important as the flowers themselves. Which in this case, made me look uncomfortable in front of my loved one, bringing confusion from a card with no message and bad timing.
It's no my Duty to post about my experience for others can avoid either writing in other languages, paying rush fees, or using this company's services at all.
Thanks in advance for your attention and sorry for the negative comments but we all should learn of this experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
