The online site was very easy. The flowers were delivered right on time. But the overall presentation of the flowers I was not impressed with the roses were arty starting to welds and the presentation did not look full. And I made sure I paid extra for the premium package to get the best appearance I was not impressed with it
Great selection and prices...great experience thus far. After delivery, which the lady let me know she was 25 miles away from home. Is that my problem? Anyway, later mom sent me a pic of flowers. They were not what I expected... unlike the pictures. The flowers look like they been around a while. The roses already budded etc. Mom was happy just to have flowers. But next time I'll spend the extra money and just ordered FTD.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
