When I spoke on the phone to customer service about delivery expedited fees, the woman was very rude. She was in a hurry and rushed me off the phone.
You need to make some adjustments to your survey. The questions imply that I sent the flowers to myself, in all actuality, all of flowers/plants/gifts I send are gift for hospitalizations or funerals. Your survey should included an option that would inform you that the flowers were a gift. I really don't have any way to rate the delivery, quality of flowers, etc.

I thought I would receive an email confirmation of my order and had inadvertently closed the website w/out getting my order number, so could not track my order. Tried calling customer service to no avail. The flowers did arrive at my wife's office w/in the prescribed time, so all's well that end's well.

Good Afternoon - I just received the flowers I ordered for my boss - and I have to say - I am extremely disappointed.
I spent close to $70 and what she received is not what I expected. Paid more for bigger/better, and as you can see by the pictures - I did not get what I paid for.
Very very disappointed...- there were no ribbons, no ruffles, and just a couple green flowers to accentuate.

Premium orders contain even more blooms and are designed with greater selectivity in floral variety.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
