The ordering process was very simple and complete.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and first UPS leaves them in the hot sun, and then when I take them out the box 2 or 3 buds are broken. Then they tell me they're going to give me 20% back as a refund. This is unacceptable. You've not only ruined my surprise for Mother's Day. You ruined most of my day trying to contact you to complain about this sh*t
They can't answer the phone, that's how many calls are coming in (I assume complaints). Person that did answer was very nice. Still no flowers delivered. Now I wait until tomorrow. Lets see what happens then.

The first order was horrible!I contacted customer service and they responded right away and couldn't apologize enough.The next day they replaced the first order and it was a much better arrangemnt. The first one looked like someone went to the grocery store and got a week old bouquet and stuck it in a vase!My friend said the 2nd arrangement was so much better than the first and she was very pleased with the 2nd. Best customer service I have ever dealt with, will use this service for all my flower needs.
Fast service but product was not what it looked like online. I ordered a bear abd it was 3 sizes smaller with balloon. Embarrassing to send. Would never send this. Looked like $1 store bear.

I had a bright and cheerful arrangement sent to my mother for Mother's Day this week. The arrangement was close to expected from picture. It was delivered on time, however, my mother did not realize it had arrived until the next day when I asked her about it since it was left on her porch. Would have been nice if they had followed up. Overall good experience, I would order again.

I did not receive a return phone call when I needed it ASAP. Also, placed my order early but the recipeint did not get it until very late yesterday. Poor customer service and delivery especially since I paid extra to have it delivered the same day. I willnot be doing business with Amy's Flowers again. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
