Flowers were wilted, discolored and the bouquet was tiny even though I upgraded to deluxe. They didn't even try to imitate the picture. Then I emailed them to tell them of the dissatisfaction and they never responded. Do not use this service!
Ordered custom vase and roses. It looked nothing like the picture, it was like a kindergarten project for my senior citizen mother to assemble. Trying to deal with them is impossible. Find a real florist. Would have given no stars if it let but unfortunately, it doesn't.

I ordered the arrangement that I did because it showed a red vase, which was very important, and the arrangement had some lilies. When it arrived, it came in a clear case and no lilies, but extra astras. For those two issues I'm disappointed.
I placed two orders on the same day to different places for Mother's Day. One was a 'same day delivery' that was never even delivered. The second (100 roses) was sent through the mail (to FL in 90F weather w/ no water) which arrived with bent stems and 30 dead roses.
I emailed customer service w/ photos & asked that the roses be replaced and DELIVERED, not mailed. I was promptly emailed back. Pleasantly surprised until I read the email. In their words I "would be extended a one time courtesy." What? You could be courteous and not screw up my orders to begin with?
I live in Texas, my Mother is in the Hospice Center there in Defiance, most of my family is back there so I am sure I will get feedback on what the flowers are like.
I was very upset because the flowers were not delivered on Friday like I had asked them to be, then when I called they tried to make it like I made a mistake and asked for them to be delivered on Friday the 15th. Now why would I order Mother's Day flowers with a Mother's Day card to be delivered to a Hospice Care Hospital five day's after Mother's Day?
My Mom is now in a non responsive state so I don't even think she knows I sent her flowers. Friday she was at least still a little alert.
It has been good so far. Easy; however, it would be nice to know the shipping, handling, etc. before the vary end of the order.
The shopping experience could be more efficient if the website copied the shipping address from my paypal account.

When checking the site to view the size of the arrangement the picture on the site seemed alot bigger compared to what I got my arrangement was very small. The vase wase about 7 inches tall and the top of the flower were about 4-5 inches from the top of the vase.

The flowers were nice but they weren't the ones I ordered. Wasn't even close.
The only thing that bothered me was seeing the free shipping offer after I had just ordered and paid shipping. This was my first time buying from this company. I was disappointed to see an offer that I couldn't use. I tried calling but after holding for over ten minutes I gave up. I tried to e-mail unsuccessful as well.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
