I AM SOOO disappointed that my mother in law did not receive the flowers on the day stated - that is why I went with your company - it was her 91st birthday and we were pretty upset, especially after paying so much extra for the processing and delivery.

I was very pleased with my online fromyouflowers.com order; however, even though I left instructions, I didn't think of the weather situation between PA and NJ and told the carrier if there was no one home to leave the flowers outside the front door. Unfortunately, I will be more observant and diligent in checking the weather the next time. The flowers were perfect, but because of the heavy rain that day, the balloon that I requested was water logged and no helium left in it. This was in no way the fault of the delivery person, but I was very upset with myself.

I placed an order on line and was sent a receipt saying flowers would be delivered on time for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered and they sent an email at 4pm the night before Mother's Day saying they could not fulfill order but they would be happy to fulfill the following Tuesday. I will never order from them again.

For some reason the flowers, which were to be delivered next Tuesday for my Mother's birthday, should up a week early. Not sure how this happens.
I know some people will call BS but I had an amazing order experience with them today. I made an order for my mothers birthday for an arrangement to be delivered today. Only after I placed the order (which was $15 dollars cheaper than any other site I saw) I Googled for reviews and found not only this review site but many others that scared the crap out of me. I immediately emailed them saying I saw alot of bad reviews and if they could guarantee the flowers would get shipped on time. I never got a solid answer back from them but got a call from one happy mom this afternoon that a beautiful bouquet showed up. From one of the well known florists... not in a box, in a vase. And I didn't even order one. Don't know if it was because I sent 3 emails to them with my concern, but this company did me right. Honestly I think it probably comes down to where you live, because I don't think they are more than just a middleman. This is the "florists pick" I ordered yesterday and was delivered today at 6 pm...

Dont live close to mom... so... Ordered a arrangement on a friday afternoon for mothers day and was expecting a Sat. Delivery.as promised with the possiblity that my first choice may not be available. I say. Ok. I get email and call from them on Sat. Around noon. We are too busy to commit to the Sat. Delivery. Would you accept monday delivery with a backup of tuesday. Now Im screwed... too late too go elsewhere... so I say. Ok. Get email on Mon. Saying delivered. Hey Mom. Like your flowers...? What flowers Um. They were not delivered. She says. I call support to find what happened... cant reach florist... get run around. Tues arrives and still no delivery... I call support at 730pm. And demand refund. They oblige. Waiting for my refund. Very dissappointed.
Shame on me for trying again but no flowers again. Just coupons if I wanted a delivery the day AFTER Mother's Day. Don't order from this company. Bad service, does not delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
