DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I stupidly gave them a second chance after they failed to deliver my mother's flowers on her birthday (stupid $13.99 off coupon sucked me in)! Well, here we are again, Mother's Day and NO flowers. Got the order confirmaton, got the delivery date right, the company just decided not to send them!
NEVER AGAIN. If you hate someone or yourself I suppose it's a good idea. I still think you'd be better off to just flush a $50 and call it a day though. TERRIBLE company. HORRIBLE.
DO NOT DO IT. I recommend 1800flowers. Much nicer arrangements and they do this newfangled thing where they delivery them on the right day.
I order a deluxe flower arrangement for my wife (roses and lilies) on mothers day with a balloon. Not only was the balloon part way deflated, but the arrangement was small, smaller the a regular arrangement. Call to complain about what was received and was told it was the florist who determines the arrangement size by the quality of flower. A deluxe is said to have more flowers which was not the case with my order. I would have been better of picking flowers out of my neighbors yard. I will never order from them again. This was the second time this has happen from the same company. Used the $10.00 discount they gave me from my last order and still got ripped off. Do yourself a flavor and go to the store and make your purchase so you can actually see what your getting. The arrangement received looked liked a $10.00 arrangement you would buy off your local pharmacy counter. One positive thing was the delivery was on time.
My wife said that most of the flowers had dead leaves while others were in the dying process. I'm out of the country and thoguht this would brighten her day, which it did but I wish that the flowers were chosen a little more carefully.
For the 75.00 I paid for the premium plant basket it was really small! I was very disappointed!

The flowers were beautiful but I ordered an arrangement with sunflowers because I specifically wanted them and the arrangement my mom received didn't contain any. That was a little disappointing but other than that it was a good experience.

I love using Fromyouflowers, they always send the nicest flowers. This delivery was for my daughter in Chicago, and chose an arrangement with same day delivery. I was contacted by Customer Service stating they were unable to deliver same day, but would deliver the next morning and upgraded the arrangement free of charge for the inconvenience. This was much appreciated, and my daughter just loved the flowers. I highly recommend ordering all your flower arrangements using Fromyouflowers, and will continue to use them in the future.
When I looked at the same item on 5/8 it was only $32.69 at checkout, but I paid $49. I don't know why it would be $15 + tax cheaper if I ordered 3 days later.
I did order WHITE ROSES, as this was a very special Memorial Day for my cousins. When the called to tell me they received the roses, the arrangement contained multi-colored roses. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
STAY AWAY! Messed up 2 different orders. Send the wrong color flowers. Tried to give me a $20.00 credit so I can purchase more awful flowers! Then offered to give me $4.18 back as a reimbursement! Awful, awful, Awful... STAY AWAY! YOU WOULD DO BETTER TO THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! Then they wanted to say that they can substitute flowers and it's the flower people's choice!
