Easy to use. Very pleased! I hope the flowers get here on time that ive selected and are not damaged.

It took them 15 minutes after 12 to have them delivered. I paid for expiditing to have them delivered before 12. Didn't happen. A little dissapointed. Overall, ok.

I was very pleased that the flowers arrived when you said they would but extremely disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my daughter in law,in New York on the birth of her first child(she sent me a photo). I had even upgraded to the Deluxe bouquet.
When comparing the photo on your web page to the photo that she sent, hers appeared to have less flowers and more greenery. For the original price of $44.99 I certainly expected more.

I was told yesterday I wasn't able to get same day delivery and that's fine, and they'd be delivered first thing this morning. They weren't received until they were about to leave the hospital and the delivery woman commented "whew I made it" and the bear was soaked and things were not well put together just handed to random people.

Flowers were not delivered in the time framed promised. They were delivered 3 hours late. The flowers did not look like the picture and I was highly dissatisfied with the price fee and all the products. I will never recommend this to anyone.
