I have had to place a number of flower orders recently. I have placed Fromyouflowers on my favorites and plan to use them in the future. Thank you for the great service.
Not only was it a small flower package- literally; there were dead flowers in the order. Its quiet disappointing. The card/note was hand written with an unpleasant penmanship which in this case, i would have preferred to have it typed up. I will not order from here again. Personally I wish there's a tracking status to show if the order has been placed, flowers en el route, etc instead of getting an email one hour later telling me that they will confirm the delivery which never happened.
Same day delivery was a issue but was made up by reducing price and gift card. Thanks
