My giftee just emailed that the flowers had just arrived. She is delighted and said they are "awesome." They were supposed to have arrived yesterday--but today works. The delay, I suppose, may even have been caused by a glitch at the rehab center.

Thank you for seeing to an excellent eventuality. I will be sure to let my friends know. We all love a dependable florist--and you, apparently, have many!

Ask me again once flowers have been delivered. Also, give me a heads up on the handling fee, instead of throwing it on me at the last step.
Now that the flowers have been delivered, I was satisfied with the quality and appearance of the bouquet. But, there was a major snag. I paid for it to be delivered before 12pm and it was not and my wife left work. I had to call and have it delivered home so that she would get the flowers before we left for our anniversary datenight. The rep I spoke with was very helpful and found a different florist to deliver at home. Unfortunately, she made no attempts to offer me anything for the inconvenience. She said she would refund my fee for AM delivery but I haven't seen the refund yet. Nonetheless, the bouquet was very nice and my wife loved it. I just wasn't able to surprise her and work, as I had intended to.

The oder doesn't look like the picture

The oder doesn't look like the picture. The flowers are different, the basket is white instead of wood grain and the teddy bear is a tan bear with no vest on. My daughter is happy with them tho, so I guess that's what counts.
