I chose the deluxe bouquet for my youngest daughter who just gave birth to my grandson. It was pitiful. I could've gone to Walmart and gotten something better. Fromyouflowers was amazing. I called, sent a photo of what I got, and they refunded part of my money back. This problem was from the florist who took the order.

I got caught up with Mother's Day this year and saw a commercial about Fromyouflowers.com, they were showcasing these beautiful custom vases with pictures and so I was a sucker and ordered one. After wasting my $70 not only did I only get 11 dying roses instead of the paid rainbow colored dozen roses, what was more laughable was the "CUSTOM" vase. It was a picture printed on paper and taped inside a dollar store small cylinder vase... crazy.
When I called to get a refund, I was insulted by being offered 20% from the flowers not the "arts & craft" vase and that they would give me a $20 gift card. I said I do NOT want a gift card, I NEVER want to order from you guys again... I have escalated this further I want ALL my money back.

It is my first and it was easy and ok. The site is well equip and advertised. My only problem was that the special offer at the top is solely display wherein other offers are made aware of by a diligent web search.
One issue really. The ads online said small, medium and large teddy bears and I picked a large for $25, however the teddy bear I received was unconvincing to be passed as a large. On the other hand, it was an overall great experience.
I expected much more than what was received. I sent my brother flowers congratulating him on his retirement. I could have gone to grocery store and chose the same amount of flowers for a third of the price. I'm very disappointed with the amount of flowers received.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
