I chose the Florist Choice option and selected Premium flowers. I compared the price to the lilys for a Sympathy floral bouquet and I figured it would be comparative to the lilys but the gift that was received were pink carnations and white flowers (looks like gardenias). I was not pleased with the bouquet compared to the price I paid since I expected to have something more elegant than carnations; if I could have chosen another option, I would have been more succinct and chosen the lily bouquet which was cheaper and elegant enough for a Sympathy gift.
My brother just finished his first round of Chemo/radiation and really enjoyed the basket as a surprise.
Everything was great. There was a delivery problem but it was fixed immediately with a phon call from youflowers. I was very happy with the service.

Pricey but beautiful
I ordered the flowers at 8am with guaranteed 4 hour delivery and they did not arrive until after 3pm. I had to call 3 or 4 times and also email to make sure the order would even get there.
When I enter my gift certificate, it just increases the price so really you are not giving a discount.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
