I was very happy with all of my experiences leading up to the delivery time.
I didnt get an order confirmation and had to call and spoke with a very helpful member of your team. She confirmed that the order was placed and was for same day services of last Friday.
I ended up calling our friend and asking is she received the basket because i never got a notice saying anything about the delivery. As it turns out, she received the package late yesterday, Monday instead. If i had known that she wouldn't have received the package until Monday I would have picked a different gift.
I'm disappointed that I spent what I did for a same day item and delivery and had the gift arrive late and have still not received any follow up about delivery.
Delivery time requested was very important due to the recipient going to work and no one else able to accept the flowers upon delivery/

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
