Nice flowers and delivered promptly
The only thing I didn't like was when I was asked if I wanted expedited service and I said no, it showed up on the order detail anyway and I had to delete it. I think this is kind of shady dealing. You think people don't read everything and you can gouge them for more.

I purchased a 'same day delivery' with PLENTY of time left on the 'counter' (hours, not minutes were left to go). At 5 o'clock the same day, i get a call stating they were not able to get the flowers delivered because the florist 'had already been in that area that day". This was a Saturday. They offered to upgrade the bouquet, gave me 15% off, and said they would include a letter of apology on the Monday morning delivery. Guess what? Monday at 5:05pm, I get a call from them stating they were again unable to make the delivery. With no reason as to why, they "just were unable to complete the order". This time they offered to give 20% off. I agreed, but after 10 minutes of deliberating, I called back, waited for 10 minutes on hold, and asked to cancel the order. The service reps are great and very practiced at apologizing, but otherwise, this company is a compete disaster. DO NOT USE. My flower order was for a death. I look like the most inconsiderate oaf ever, thanks to their inexcusable inability to coordinate a simple sympathy bouquet.
The flowers were beautiful. They were delivered on a Monday after I placed the order online on Sunday. I couldn't ask for more efficient service.

On hold with customer service for 20 mins after looking up my order online to be told I hadn't placed an order in the past 60 days was livid then had to wait on hold for that long they eventually found my order which was beautiful and delivered promptly
I have ordered from From You Flowers many times and have always been satisfied. This time I am very unsatisfied. The flowers are not satisfactory, they are not close to the size that I ordered. I am very disappointed about the size of the arrangement for what I paid for the flowers. I upgraded and purchased the premium arrangement, and the ones that are delivered are mediocre at best.
Surprise for my wife's birthday while she was in CA. Easy to use and she was very impressed with the quality of the flowers.
I asked for the before noon delivery time and was disappointed it didn't happen. But I will receive a refund for that service so that is good.

Very Easy to order, only recomendation would be a place to request basic modifications. For example, to leave out a certain flower included in the bouquet.

Awesome website and easy to use. There was a problem getting the order delivered on my selected delivery date. A customer service agent called me and let me know what was going on, apologized and offered to upgrade my order a little for the inconvenience. My wife received the flower order today she said they are beautiful.

Ordering was easy, which is nice. My only problem was that it was not delivered on the date I requested, but a day later.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
