The order process was easy, the flowers were delivered quickly. I made a mistake on the order which was addressed quickly by phone and by email, the service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

First you didn't have the flowers that I ordered, I paid for morning delivery, you did refund that extra amount. But then the flowers didn't arrive until after my daughter was off work, so she didn't get them for her birthday, the driver did offer to bring them to our house, and then I received and email after I complained that you could redirect them to us after the driver had already offered to do that for us. I wasn't at all satisfied with the delivery time, they should have been there in the morning, and I should have been called sooner then I was to let me know that the flowers werent available or it should have been listed on the website that the flowers werent available.

I was very disappointed in the delivery time. Even after paying for the express delivery, it took almost all day. My express payment was refunded, but it still took longer than I thought it should have.

Ordered a 60 dollar bouquet for Mother's Day. They were a day and a half late. They looked like a 10 dollar arrangement from walmart. The people that delivered drove up in a car that looked like it was going to fall apart in my driveway. Please read all reviews and do not buy from This disgrace of a company!

The ratings above are meant to reflect a neutral opinion at this time but unfortunately, "N/A" is not an option in this survey. I am unable to tell you how satisfied I am with my order because it hasn't been received yet (delivery isn't expected until this afternoon so that's not a concern). The recipient should be getting it shortly and I'll find out at that time if the flowers were satisfactory. I'm going to assume that they will be and I'll be happy to change my review to all 5 stars when I hear from my friend what a beautiful arrangement she received.

Ordered these flowers for a friend in the hospital. They confirmed it would be delivered the next day and they were not. The were delivered a hour before my friend checked out. They did call me saying it wouldn't be delivered and that they were upgrading to a larger size. That was nice, but wanted my flowers delivered on time. I live in Oregon and delivery was in Springfield MO. I know there are several flower shops in that city. Shouldn't have been an issue.

The flowers were dried out, with some brown on the edges. It was a good price (aside from the "handling/delivery charge, which is always high) and there may have been 100 blooms (did not count, but it looked a bit skimpy for 100) but they did not look at all like the picture. I was kind of embarrassed when my husband told me. I think they sat in a box too long or something, as they were kind of wilty. They perked up some, though, so not a total loss.

The reason for the 3 star because I was ordering flowers for a funeral Mass and the web site would be easier to use if there were a few more options and if the lines were able to hold longer text.
I did call and there was a wait time to talk to someone (which is fine busy is good) and when I spoke with her she was extremely helpful and nice.
