The flowers were received in a timely fashion; however, they were droopy and some of them were dead upon arrival. The customer service had a long wait time, and the rep did not seem sympathetic to my concern.

Flower arrangement was nice.

I received a picture from my friend of the flowers she received and unfortunately it did not look as pretty as the picture on the website. It looks as though the florist just threw some flowers in the vase and delivered it without making it look pretty and full as shown.

I have not seen the flowers as they were sent to my girlfriend but she called around 14:30 today and seemed pleased.

Very easy to order, but very high hidden cost on service fees.

Just what I wanted for my wife on our 55th wedding anniversary --- she was very pleased

The deliever was fast and efficient. The flowers looked nice but wasn't quite what I expected as shown in the pictures. So I'm a little bummed out. But the family I sent them to enjoyed them. Just with I got what I paid for. Or they need to put more accurate pictures up

Was not delivered same day although that was the expectation upon purchase. I was contacted and compensated but the situation was unfortunate

Service was great except. Some one made an error on your end and contacted two florists and there were two bouquets of flowers delivered. My fiancee loved them, even though they were both a little different.

The flowers were not what we ordered. We contacts the flower shop and they agreed to replace them, but we live in another town so we had to drive them to their shop to get this done. The colors were similar in the arrangement but they used a lot of baby's breath and daisies instead of the lillies and roses. Cheap filler was not what I ordered. There were no daisies or babies breath in the photo on line...

To pay a hundred and seventy three dollars for two balloon bouquets, I think the vibrancy of the color of the balloons could have been better they were kind of dull. But they were sweet anyway and my children appreciated them. The price, didn't justify what the result was. But fron an emotional standpoint it was a win.

Can't wait to see how good you perform your duties. Need a new florist because 1800flowers delivered flowers to a funeral 3 DAYS late. The funeral was for a U.S. General.

Great experience overall. I would recommend this service to anyone.
