The flowers were received in a timely fashion; however, they were droopy and some of them were dead upon arrival. The customer service had a long wait time, and the rep did not seem sympathetic to my concern.

I received a picture from my friend of the flowers she received and unfortunately it did not look as pretty as the picture on the website. It looks as though the florist just threw some flowers in the vase and delivered it without making it look pretty and full as shown.

Service was great except. Some one made an error on your end and contacted two florists and there were two bouquets of flowers delivered. My fiancee loved them, even though they were both a little different.

The flowers were not what we ordered. We contacts the flower shop and they agreed to replace them, but we live in another town so we had to drive them to their shop to get this done. The colors were similar in the arrangement but they used a lot of baby's breath and daisies instead of the lillies and roses. Cheap filler was not what I ordered. There were no daisies or babies breath in the photo on line...
To pay a hundred and seventy three dollars for two balloon bouquets, I think the vibrancy of the color of the balloons could have been better they were kind of dull. But they were sweet anyway and my children appreciated them. The price, didn't justify what the result was. But fron an emotional standpoint it was a win.
Can't wait to see how good you perform your duties. Need a new florist because 1800flowers delivered flowers to a funeral 3 DAYS late. The funeral was for a U.S. General.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
