Flowers my wife received were nothing like the picture, very disappointed in the product.
Part of my order was left in front of apartment which is not what I expected as it could have been stolen. The second basket arrived much later I was expecting both to arrive at the same time.
Disappointed that I had to upgrade to the most expensive item to have it delivered to the zip code I was requesting.

The service and product was great. The only complaint I have is that when you advertise flowers at a discount price make sure you tell up front the service fee. Waiting until you cheek out may change your choice of arrangement.

My daughter was totally excited when the flowers and chocolates arrived for her birthday. The flowers were delivered on the same day they were ordered and I liked that. The flower food packet was missing so be sure to ask for that item before they leave.

The flowers weren't what I ordered or expected. And the vase wasn't pink. It was clear. Some of the flowers were already wilted. For the money I spent for what I thought I ordered, I am very dissatisfied.
