Flowers my wife received were nothing like the picture, very disappointed in the product.
Part of my order was left in front of apartment which is not what I expected as it could have been stolen. The second basket arrived much later I was expecting both to arrive at the same time.

My daughter was totally excited when the flowers and chocolates arrived for her birthday. The flowers were delivered on the same day they were ordered and I liked that. The flower food packet was missing so be sure to ask for that item before they leave.

The flowers weren't what I ordered or expected. And the vase wasn't pink. It was clear. Some of the flowers were already wilted. For the money I spent for what I thought I ordered, I am very dissatisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
