Very easy even for a spaz like message unfortunately the flowers that I ordered looked nothing like the mess delivered. Whatever florist you used in Albuquerque should be dumped. The item looked like a put some weeds and a rose into a vase and added a bow. My fault thinking I would get the same as it was pictured. Customer service was. Very pleasant but only wanted to give me a gift cert for my troubles. I really wanted the flowers I ordered. Sorry for using your service.

Website indicates clearly that they can do same day delivery to residential addresses up to 6:00pm. I placed my order around the 1:00 hour. I received a phone call from customer service stating that my order could not be delivered same day because I had ordered too late in the day. The rep I spoke with informed me that I had needed to make my purchase before 3:00pm. I clearly did just that. Then I repeated what was on the website, as far as delivery times are concerned. She repeated back to me that yes, delivering to businesses cuts off at 5:00pm, and residences at 6:00pm. When we were speaking I had informed her that I don't know what time zone she's in, but it was 5:21 when we were on the phone. I received a missed call and voice message with callback number at 5:15. Is that not before 6:00? And on top of that, nowhere on the website indicates an order time frame being cut off at 3:00pm for same day delivery. I was pretty perturbed to find out that I was duped into thinking that my mother was to receive this arrangement same day. It is now the next day and she just received them. It is 2:15 cst. The flowers look great, but the ordering experience was a bit of a hassle. Pretty disappointing yet, nice bouquet nonetheless. Just know, if you want legitimate same day delivery, order before noon to be safe. I'll consider this a minor lesson learned.
