The flowers I picked out that I sent to my friend looked totally different from what I picked out.
My friend should have received the flowers Sun instead received them on Sat,plus I paid 4.99 extra to have them sent early they brought them in afternoon also there was supposed to have a Happy Birthday balloon no balloon.

Simple to use. My mother really enjoyed the flowers. Paid extra for the flowers to be delivered within working hours as well. I selected the premium Sweetheart roses/flowers with a red vase. The red vase is what kind of made the look for me. My mother was happy with the flowers overall but I was secretly disappointed that the vase was clear.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers that showed sunflowers (our friends favorite) and it was delivered with no sunflowers. Disappointed. It was delivered one day early. Thankful she got home early or the flowers would have been left out in freezing weather.

Very satisfied! I had to email them to change the delivery instructions and I heard right back from them. The flowers were pictured on the Web site exactly as they looked when they were delivered. The delivery girl was very friendly. My Mom's Birthday present was a huge success!

Ordered from my phone -- the mobile UI is alright, a little bit of a choppy experience here and there, and some info had to be rekeyed/updated when moving through the order process. Overall it seemed smooth enough though.
Now I need to know how the actual delivery goes and quality of the product...
---> Same day delivery (for an extra 2.99) was nice and speedy. Even got a call (& voicemail) from the guy saying where he left it and to call if I had any questions/concerns.

There were no blooms on the plant (yet), so we're waiting for it to flower. (Otherwise we'll be disappointed.)

Very easy even for a spaz like message unfortunately the flowers that I ordered looked nothing like the mess delivered. Whatever florist you used in Albuquerque should be dumped. The item looked like a put some weeds and a rose into a vase and added a bow. My fault thinking I would get the same as it was pictured. Customer service was. Very pleasant but only wanted to give me a gift cert for my troubles. I really wanted the flowers I ordered. Sorry for using your service.
