Great customer service and fast delivery
My order was not delivered on the day I ordered it and then I was told that the order would be upgraded but when my daughter posted a picture, it was NOT upgraded. A little disappointed.
But I do appreciate some one calling me to tell me that the flowers could not be delivered the same day.

The arrangement I ordered for my granddaughter's birthday look nothing like the picture I ordered from. I was very disappointed.
They were for my daughter. I will get to see them on Tuesday. In my experience they should still be fresh by then otherwise you will hear from me.

I emailed a photo of the flowers ordered and received. Not at all similar. The flowers received were assembled by a baboon.
