The bouquet ordered looked completely different than the one delivered. I upgraded to make it a larger bouquet and it wasn't big. I was embarrassed that my name was attached to the flowers given to a close friend.

The delivered item was completely different from the picture on the site. The local florist made the arrangement much smaller and less full. I payed for a full arrangement and received 1/4 of what was pictured. The price didn't reflect what was delivered.
