The flowers were delivered on time and as per advertised.
Flowers arrived at the very end of the day. That was my only complaint. I had hoped they would arrive earlier since they were an anniversary gift.
The flowers I ordered were sent to my son and daughter-in-law for their second anniversary. They received them exactly on the day and time (before noon, extra cost) I requested. They sent me a picture of the flower arrangement they received and it was as close as possible to the picture I ordered from. Thank you for your excellent product and service.

Flowers were received nicely, however it was much smaller than the premium size i ordered. I was told the ones on website were deluxe and the premium would be bigger. It certainly wasn't. I have a pic of bouquet and can send it to you. The colors were also not a spring bunch as shown. It was primarily pink carnations, a few pink roses and freesias...a cheaper flower and one white puffy flower... Not pretty at all. Pink, yellow and white. Appropriate for a baby shower celebrating a baby girl...Not a Thank You as indicated. Sadly disappointed.

First the order was not delivered timely. I paid extra to have it delivered in the morning, and it wasn't. I had to call to check on it. I am not happy with the quality. They don't look fresh or lively. For what I paid, I expect better product.
