Overall experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that the arrangement could have been a little more "cleaner". It looked as though it was put together in a rush and they were a little heavy with the filler (they could have easly added two or three more tulips and roses). Overall I would definitely try them again in the future to see if the next arrangement was better!

Yall need to explain what is included with each specific item not the same thing for every item it kept me from getting the get well bear and smiley sunflower and balloon because it had an option to add a teddy bear, a balloon...and I was under the impression the bear and get will balloon were included in the price
I think you should not charge so much for delivery though. And you should reveal how much you charge for delivery BEFORE A CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THRU ALL THE ORDERING PAGES. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Bought flowers for an anniversary gift, the process was quick and easy and the product I received was just what I ordered.
I chose to have flowers delivered on Saturday and paid an additional fee for same day delivery. Shortly after placing my order I got a call from fromyouflowers.com telling me that due to the holiday weekend most of the shops would be closed and could they please deliver my order on Tuesday (today). The fee I'd paid for same day delivery was refunded and they told me they would up-size my order due to the delay/inconvenience. I have received a photo of the arrangement that was delivered from the recipient and the plants & flower arrangement is strikingly beautiful.
The flowers were not nice looking at all for my sisters birthday...waste of money
