I should have checked this site first. Ordered flowers May 6th - never delivered! Emails don't go through and it takes 15 minutes to get customer service on the phone. Got a hold of them on May 19th and they said they would send the flowers out again. HA! Now its May 26th and they are arguing that the flowers were delivered. They said they would upgrade the order and have it delivered today. WOW, really! Stay away from this company!

A picture of the flowers was sent to me. It was nothing, absolutely nothing like the picture shown on your website. Extremely disappointed.
The shopping experience was easy. The delivery fee is a bit high, but since I got a Bing discount, that was fine. I was sent a picture of the flowers. They looked lovely. However, the yellow roses were replaced with white, and it seemed a bit more purple than blue (it was a blue skies theme, and I thought there would be more blue flowers). Overall, however, the arrangement was beautiful and the delivery time was faster than expected. I will use this service again if I can get a discount, given the $15 delivery fee. It would be a good idea to let customers know if flowers are going to be chosen at the discretion of the florist.
Found the website very user friendly and flowers were delivered when we hoped they would be. We had upgraded to the premium version of our choice and when we saw what had been delivered, felt it was significantly smaller and had fewer flower types than the flowers pictured on the site. I.e. - there were no roses in an arrangement that distinctly showed roses in the picture. Don't believe we were given the premium version, as the size was barely what the regular version was supposed to be. Might or might not return to this site, though we were happy with ordering experience and prompt delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
