So far everything was great. As long as my gift arrives I will be happy
I enjoyed the value, and my mother loved the flowers.
However, I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date (Polish Mother's Day is the 26th of May) and they were a day late. I will be demanding that the money for the guaranteed delivery be refunded.
These flowers were very nice
I paid for both same day delivery (extra $2.99) and expedited same day delivery (extra 4.99) on top of the already high 14.99 delivery fee. This alone was 2/3 of the cost of t he arrangement. When it hadn't arrived within the 4 hour "guaranteed" window for the expedited delivery, I called customer service who basically told me that it was on a truck somewhere and they couldn't guarantee when it would arrive. I asked for my 4.99 expedited delivery fee to be refunded, and it was, but the curt manner with which the customer service representative treated me, leads me to believe customer service is not really fromyouflowers' cup of tea.
The arrangement did not share any of the colors or flowers that were in the description of the arrangement that I purchased, but since only I knew that, the recipient was pleased with the end result.

Most of what we received was great (i.e. Vase, display, quality of flowers, delivery time) but the quantity of flowers/blooms did not align with the level I purchased. This was only my 2nd purchase from "fromyouflowers.com" so I'm not sure if this is a result of the pictures on the website being misleading or a mistake with the florist putting the arrangement together. I'll most likely purchase through this company again but not sure if I'll upgrade.
The flowers were beautiful and very fresh. The price was quite reasonable also.
The shopping was wonderful... Now if they are delivered today and look like the picture that will be awesome. I did not see what was sent put the person who got it thought it was very nice. That is what counts.

The glowers were already wilting when my mother got them
When I placed the order, it said I still had at least an hour & 30 minutes to order for same day delivery. Quite a while later I received a voice mail telling me to call in. After sitting on hold for quite a while, my call was answered and I was informed that my order could not be delivered the same day. Since it was for the calling hours of a deceased friend, I was very disappointed that they were not delivered for the occasion. They were there in time for the funeral today, but if you say it can be delivered that day, there should be a way to make it happen. I was offered an upgrade on the arrangement, but I would've preferred a credit toward a future order, or a delivery charge refund. I wasn't able to attend myself, so do not know how the arrangement turned out.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
