I was greatly impressed that your site was easy to use and many choices of flower arrangements. However, when your delivery could not be made the same day (as promised) because you couldn't find the new sub division on Yahoo maps, REALLY disappointed me. After receiving a call from a impersonal customer service person to tell me to get more specific.I completely understood. After calling back and waiting on the line for some time...I actually pulled up directions on google maps and walked them through it.this time I had a friendly person on the line but she kept trying to figure out why she couldn't pull it up on her computer and kept me on the line 25 minutes after the fact. Then, they didn't deliver the flowers that day.it was the next. Disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
