It was easy to place order and the selection was exceptional. But the received product was a disappointment. Did not look like the picture. I t was smaller than expected and it ma y have been free delivery but was not worth the cost of the flowers.
The website was easy to navigate and had great deals, but the delivery deadline was missed even though I ordered several days in advance. However, the local flower shop that took care of the order was amazing and made up for it.
Ordering online was very easy. My Mom was very happy with the flowers and said that the florist showed a lot of care with the presentation and delivery of the flowers to her home. One very happy Mom on her birthday!
The processing fee almost doubled the price of the order. It wasn't delivered by the guaranteed time that I paid extra for. The recipient had already left work for the day. When I called they refunded me the extra delivery fee and sent s $15 gift card for future purchases.

It took forever to get a refund for a purchase I made the day before. I didn't receive any confirmation that the refund was made either. Waiting for the 7th day before calling again. Other than that, I would probably order from them again, but shop around first.
